Former talk show host Ricki Lake says that she went to several online dating websites for several years during her search for the perfect man.It wasn't all fun but she did meet Mr Right through online dating personals.And it worked.She recently eloped. On online dating , Ricki Lake says:
My friends thought I was crazy for online dating. For somebody famous, it’s weird anyway to meet someone because they have a preconceived notion of who you are. There was something anonymous that I liked about being online.”
She also says that online dating is the way to meet these days.Other celebs who've used online for dating included Paula Abdul and Matthew Perry among others.Ricki Lake writes about dating personals online in her book Never Say Never Finding a Life That Fits.
